Kylie Goldman (Quebec Clients Only)

Sleep Consultant, MSW, RSW

Kylie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and a Master of Social Work from McGill University. She is also the mother of a young toddler. Kylie has extensive professional experience in both the public and private sectors. Her primary areas of expertise include autism and intellectual disabilities, as well as postpartum support. Kylie’s journey into motherhood left her feeling exhausted and frequently questioning what she could do to help her daughter (and herself) get a better night’s sleep. When her daughter was a few months old, Kylie sought the assistance of a sleep consultant. Following the expert guidance and recommendations of her consultant, Kylie implemented the sleep plan and with some hard work and patience, it didn’t take long for everyone to start to be better rested. Kylie observed a notable improvement in her own mental well-being as a result of better sleep, which motivated her to pursue training in sleep consulting herself. Through her work with Baby’s Best Sleep, Kylie strives to help other families in much the same way that she was supported in her postpartum period. Sleep consultants may be covered by your insurance or benefits. Package prices are broken into an hourly rate for your insurance.
