The 4 Hour stretch was born out of a sincere desire to award parents with sleep while teaching (with a mental health expert) about parent-child attachment and ensuring you feel good about the methodologies and practices of their sleep program.

4 weeks ~ 4 hours of group therapy ~ 4 hours (but probably more) of sleep!

Amanda is a your resident sleep expert. As a certified sleep consultant, Amanda has helped hundreds of families get the sleep that they need, and as a mom herself, understands the struggles that come along with sleep depravation at every stage. Through her group sleep training program, Amanda will be there to support and guide you in getting your little one (and the rest of your family) the sleep that they need, from nights to nap time. 

Tanya is a seasoned professional in the world of motherhood wellness. As a perinatal and maternal mental health psychologist and mom, Tanya understands how isolating the motherhood journey can be and the sensation of disconnect from one’s prior self. Her group coaching space is a safe place to connect to other new moms while learning to re-connect with yourself again. It is a place to be real about motherhood. To come with spit up in your hair, and pjs if you need to.

Each week you will take part in an hour-long Live Zoom call with Amanda and Tayna–answering your questions about parental mental health, infant mental health, parent-child attachment while following an emotionally supportive and safe sleep

Week 1: Parental Mental Health and Self Care
Week 2: Parent And Child Attachment
Week 3: Teaching Your Child to Sleep Pt 1
Week 4: Teaching Your Child to Sleep Pt 2

This group will also be able to interact with each other 24 hours a day in a private Facebook group just for you, your team and Amanda Jewson (when sleep training starts).
